Virtual models - TOS

- Progress pictures will be sent to the client, probably during all stages of the creation to receive feedback (only small modifications can be done after the sketching phase, big modifications can be done before approving the final sketch).- This model does not come with rigging but is fully ready for rigging.- If the rigger estimates necessary changes have to be made to work with the PSD of the model, those changes will be done for free for 4 months after the model has been delivered.- The model is built in a way where the outfit and hair can be changed. You can commission me in the future to create those but you can also commission another artist. If you commission another artist to add elements to the model, only the clothing, accessories and hair can be changed and it will have to be clearly specified which part has been done by me on all platforms.- You can give the model to someone else but need my approval and those rules apply to the person receiving the new model. (You don’t need to warn me if you stop using it, of course).- I can do upgrades and add expressions to the model (which cannot be done by another artist since this counts as a modification and not addition).- A PayPal invoice is sent, the full amount of the commission has to be paid to officially start the commission and start the sketch. (Does not apply to giveaways)- Refunds are accepted during the sketching phase. (Does not apply to giveaways)- You’ll have to credit me on all platforms where you use the model @BlancDeNuit on all socials. (Examples: Artist: @BlancDeNuit, Model Art: @Blancdenuit)- You cannot sell the model.- I can post the process and the model on my socials, portfolio and website but will not use it as my own model. The model is completely exclusive for the client.
